What delivery options do ebuyer offer?
There are several options for delivery at ebuyer. Ship to Shop is £4.99, as is Next Working Day delivery. Alternatively, 2-3 Working Day delivery is £3.99, whilst Standard delivery is free on all orders over £50.00.
Can I track my ebuyer order?
Yes, you can. Simply enter your order number and postcode into their online order tracker, which can be found on their website.
What is the ebuyer Returns policy?
You can request to return your order within 14 days of receiving it and have a further 30 days to send it back. All items must be returned unused and as new. You can find more details on the ‘Returns Policy’ page of their website.

Yes, ebuyer will match the price of goods sold for less at other retailers and they’ll reimburse you the difference within 7 days of your purchase. They won't count items with prices reduced in sales or with discount codes. Be sure to check online for the full terms and conditions.
