Can I get free delivery at Chillblast?
Yes, you can - Chillblast offers free Standard delivery on all of their orders. Please note that custom-built laptops and PCs may take 1-2 weeks to be dispatched.
What are the other Chillblast delivery options?
At Chillblast, Pre-12 Weekday delivery is available for £14.99 and Pre-10 Weekday delivery is available for £24.99. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available, too, for £14.99.
Am I able to cancel and return my order?
Yes. If you wish to cancel and return your order for a refund, you’ll have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify the Chillblast team. They can arrange for a courier to collect the item(s) for you, although an amount will be deducted from your overall refund to cover this.

Do Chillblast PCs come with a warranty?
Yes, they do. Chillblast products come with a three-year MendIT warranty. They also offer an additional two-year ‘return to base’ warranty, which covers the cost of labour should you need to repair your items.
Does Chillblast have a physical store?
No, they don’t. Chillblast sells all of its products on its online store. They allow for detailed customisations to be made, meaning you’re able to build your dream PC from the comfort of your own home.
