Does Hughes offer free delivery?

Yes, most single items over £50 are offered with free delivery.

Does Hughes offer click & collect?

Yes, if you’d rather not wait for a delivery and there’s a Hughes store near you, Hughes click & collect is free on all orders.

What is the Hughes returns policy?

Items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. You'll need to get in touch with their customer service team and notify them that you wanna make a return. Returned items must be sent back in the original box and internal packaging, and must be unused & not installed or downloaded. Deductions can be made if the goods have been handled more than necessary. You'll have to return any items at your own cost.
