What delivery options are available at Nkuku?
Nkuku offers several options for delivery. Delivery for small parcels (orders under £15) will cost £7.55, standard delivery (orders over £15) will cost £5.95, and DPD pickup shop delivery will cost £4.95. These delivery methods will all take 3-5 working days to arrive. You can also get next-day delivery for £8.95, and orders must be placed before 1 pm between Monday and Thursday.
Are returns free?
Nkuku will only cover the charge of returning an order if the product was delivered faulty or damaged. If you wish to return your order for any other reason, you will have to cover the charge. You have up to 28 days from the date of receipt, and the orders must be unused and in the original packaging.
Will I get a refund?
Yes, you can return your order for any given reason within 28 days of receipt to receive a full refund.

What if my discount code doesn't work?
