When booking a lounge, you’ll get ultra-fast Wi-Fi, charging ports and power outlets, scan and copy services and use of PressReader all included in the price.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can. If you have booked directly through the Escape Lounges website, you can cancel by giving at least 24 hours notice before your arranged time and date of arrival. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

How long am I able to stay in the lounge?

You are able to spend up to three hours in the lounge before your departure time. For opening hours, be sure to check with the relevant airport before travelling.
