Can I book a shuttle service to a private villa?
Shared shuttle services are unable to take customers to a private address. However, there are private hire options available which would be able to.
How much luggage is included in my booking?
You are permitted to take one standard-sized suitcase with you and one piece of hand-held luggage.

How do I cancel my Hoppa booking?
To cancel your booking, you’ll need to head to the ‘My Bookings’ section of the Hoppa website and follow the on-screen instructions. Please note that cancellation charges may apply, depending on the terms set by the provider.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes. You’ll need to head to the ‘My Bookings’ section of the website to make changes to names, dates and times. You can make alterations up to 48 hours before you travel and charges may apply.
