It may be possible to do so but Gatwick Holiday Parking can't guarantee it. They recommend you book in advance to guarantee your space.
How far in advance can I book?

Yes, you can. As well as that, you can amend your booking for up to 24 hours before with no amendment or cancellation fees too.
Can I cancel my booking?
