Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can. You will need to have added cancellation protection at the time of booking and must contact Mytrip as soon as possible to cancel your flight, hotel or car hire selections.
Am I able to change the name on my booking?
This depends on the individual airline. If the airline permits a change, then you may have to pay an administration fee. Be sure to contact Mytrip for further information.
How many people am I able to make a booking for at one time?
Currently, you are able to search flights for up to nine people at the same time. If you’d like to add more to your booking, you’ll have to add the first nine to your basket and then search again before proceeding to payment.
