Offer valid for any subscription purchased between 1 February 2016 (00:01am) and 14 February 2016 (11:59pm) (the 'Validity Period').
Refund conditions: members who purchase a subscription within the specified Validity Period, and who are still single on 14 February 2017 after thoroughly using the services, may request a subscription refund for the period from the day the subscription was purchased, within the specified Validity Period, to 14 February 2017, subject to conditions. In order to request a refund, the member must send an email with their bank details to Customer Service at email@example.com, between 14 February 2017 (00:01am) and 1 March 2017 (23:59pm). They must have had an uninterrupted subscription from the date of purchase within the specified Validity Period. The member must also have made a serious attempt to find a partner and thus have uploaded a profile picture, completed their ad and used the internal messaging service to send a minimum of 200**** messages between the day the subscription was purchased and 14 February 2017 (an average of 4 message per week). The member may only request a refund if they meet the above conditions.
Refund method: The refund total will be the amount paid by the member, including exclusively the price of the subscription purchased within the specified Validity Period as well as any renewals between 1 February 2016 and 14 February 2017. The following are excluded from the refund: any expenses linked to extra services purchased by the member (upgrades, boosts, etc.), expenses for equipment (computers, software, communication tools, etc.) used by the member to access the service and any fees incurred in doing so.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 working days from the day the request email is sent.
