1.The £10.00 Amazon.co.uk digital gift card promotion (“Promotion”) is organised and operated by Future Publishing Limited trading as {site_name} incorporated in England and Wales under company number 02008885, whose registered office is Quay House, The Ambury, Bath, BA1 1UA (“we, us, our”)
2. These terms apply to the Promotion and by making a claim for a Amazon.co.uk Gift Card you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
3. The Promotion is open to residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, excluding our employees and their families and anyone else connected with the administration of the Promotion (“Eligible Participants”).
4. Eligible Participants will be entitled to claim a free £10.00 Amazon.co.uk (“Gift Card(s)”) when they subscribe to receive our electronic marketing and spend £300 in a single transaction at Gtech via the link provided on {site_url} (“our Website”) between 21 Nov 2025 00:00 and 31 Jan 2026 23:59 (“Qualifying Purchase”). You will be eligible to receive one (1) Gift Card per Qualifying Purchase.
5.The minimum spend is calculated after any discounts have been applied and before delivery charges and other fees. Gift card purchases and top-ups will not count towards the minimum spend.
6. You must make your purchase via our Website link. Purchases made by other means cannot be verified and you will not be entitled to a Gift Card if you click on any other links or visit any other websites before making your purchase at Gtech or if you make use of any other offer or promotion in connection with your purchase whether or not such offer is provided by us or Gtech (for example the use of any discounts, codes, savings, credit and/or points which are used to reduce your total or gain extra rewards).
7. Once we have verified the approval of your Qualifying Purchase with Gtech, your Gift Card will be available to download on your “Rewards” section via your “My Account” on our Website. It may take up to 90 working days to verify the approval of your Qualifying Purchase. Gift Cards will be available to download for up to 30 days following the date of your Qualifying Purchase. If you do not claim within the relevant timeframe, you will no longer be eligible to receive the Gift Card.
8. We reserve the right to withhold or cancel the Gift Card in the event that your Qualifying Purchase is cancelled by Gtech or if you cancel, return or part-exchange your Qualifying Purchase (or any part of it) such that you have no longer met the minimum spend to be eligible for a Gift Card. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion at any time. Any changes to the Promotion or these terms and conditions will be posted on our Website.
9. This Promotion is not sponsored by or affiliated with Amazon.co.uk. Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards will be subject to their own terms and conditions which will be available on Amazon.co.uk website.
10. In certain circumstances, we may need to substitute the Gift Card with an alternative award of equal or greater value. Gift Cards are not transferable for cash unless required by law.
11. We reserve the right to ask for satisfactory proof of age and/or country of residence before issuing the Gift Card.
12. Personal data submitted by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed by us in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our Website at https://www.futureplc.com/privacy-policy/.
13. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or liabilities incurred by you as a result of participating in the Promotion. We are not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent you from completing your Qualifying Purchase or claiming the Gift Card. Your statutory rights are not affected.
14. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law. We both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
