How do I join Club Vue?
To join Club Vue, simply download the Club Vue app. Once you've signed up using a valid email address, you'll start saving on your cinema trips today. The app is available to download from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
The app will also allow you to personalise your cinema booking experience by setting reminders for upcoming movies, so you never miss a release, selecting your favourite cinema and adding the number of seats you usually book for, saving you time when you purchase the tickets.
Vue membership rewards
Earning rewards is straightforward. Simply download the Club Vue app and start buying cinema tickets to earn:
- Reward stamps: For each trip you make to Vue, you'll earn a stamp. Once you've earned 10 stamps, you'll unlock one free cinema ticket!

Can you get refunds from Vue?
Yes, you'll still be able to refund your tickets easily via the Vue app, so if your plan changes, you don't have to worry about losing money.
Refunds must be claimed via the app at least two hours before the film starts. If you need to refund your tickets within the two-hour window, you must reach out to their customer service team via the webchat.
Is a Vue membership worth it?
In my opinion, yes, Vue Membership is absolutely worth it. As a member of their programme myself, I have experienced no downside to it. It's completely free to sign up with little to no hassle. You just download the app, make an account and book your tickets as you normally would.
