How much is delivery?
Collection from bookstores in the Hive network is free and takes 3-5 days. Standard 2nd class delivery is free, there is also Premium delivery for £3.25 which takes 1-2 working days.
Can I get free delivery?
Yes, Hive have free 2nd class delivery through Royal Mail which takes 3-5 days.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order through the order history section of your account. This allows you to check the status of your order, including whether it has been dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
For UK deliveries, once dispatched, orders should arrive within 3-5 working days, or within 1 working day for Premium delivery. For deliveries within Europe, it typically takes 5-7 working days, and for the rest of the world, 7-10 working days.
Can I return my order?
Items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund if you are not satisfied. The returned items must be in their original condition, ideally in the original packaging. This includes DVDs and music CDs, which must have their holographic seal or shrink-wrap intact. eBooks and eAudiobooks, due to their nature, cannot be returned once the download has started.
