When you order online at Tempur all home deliveries include installation (mattresses, beds and sofa bed purchases). Home delivery operates in pre-designated areas from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4 pm.
I need my Tempur item/s delivered on a specific day, is that possible?
Tempur understands that the pre-designated delivery date may not suit your needs. If this is the case it may be possible to request a specific date - however you would need to cover the cost of this. Enquire at the time of purchase and Tempur will be happy to help!
I want to return my Tempur item, is that possible?
No problem, you can return an item if you're not happy or change your mind. You will have 14 days from the day of delivery.
How do I make a return to Tempur?
