Can I get free delivery from Foxy Locks?
Yes, if you are in the UK. Foxy Locks offers free Royal Mail delivery to the UK on orders over £30. Your order will take 2-3 working days to arrive. Orders over £50 can also qualify for free Saturday UK delivery.
How long does it take for Foxy Locks orders to arrive?
Your delivery time will depend on which delivery method you choose. Standard UK delivery from Foxy Locks costs £2.99 and will arrive in 2-3 working days. UK Next-day delivery costs £5 and is available Monday - Saturday. Your order will be delivered via the Royal Mail the next working day. You should order by 3 pm for this time frame. Deliveries exclude weekends.
Can I track my order from Foxy Locks?
Yes. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your order confirmation email. Foxy Locks posts orders via Royal Mail or DHL. So, it’s worth checking their websites for standard shipping times too.
Can I return my items?
Foxy Locks offers 60-day returns from the date of your receipt. Your items should be returned unopened and without any changes. This means it should not be cut, toned, dyed, or with any colours added. The security label should still be intact and the tester hair piece returned in its original condition. You will be refunded for the product but it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return postage.
