Full terms and conditions are provided for each ‘Reward’ offer.
Click "Get Reward" and you'll be shown a pop-up where you can enter your email address. If you're already registered, and are signed in, this step won't be necessary.
You will then be able to click the "Activate Reward" button taking you to the retailer's website to make a qualifying purchase.
We'll confirm the purchase with the retailer and that all terms were met. Once all cancellation and returns windows have passed, you can claim your gift.
You can track the progress of your reward using the Rewards Dashboard. The following steps will take place:
a. Not Activated
This is the status of the reward before the purchase is completed. Once a Reward has been clicked, we will then verify whether a transaction has been made. This step can take up to 48 hours.
To ensure verification can be complete, you'll need to make sure you click through to the retailer's website from the offer pop-up. Any Rewards you've clicked on will feature on your Rewards dashboard.
b. Activated
Your status will change to 'Activated' once we've confirmed your purchase has taken place and has not been cancelled.
c. Approved
Your Reward will change to 'Approved' as soon as the cancellation and returns windows have passed. This typically takes 7-90 days depending on the retailer's cancellation and returns policy.
Any bookings for travel or services will only be approved once the booking has been fulfilled or the departure date of travel has passed.
Once approved, you will have 30 days to request your gift card.
d. Available
Once an offer is 'Available', you're free to claim your Reward.
You will have 30 days to claim your reward before the gift is 'Expired'.
e. Collected
At this point, you've received your digital gift card and it will be available for you to view until the digital gift card expires.
f. Expired
A Reward will show as Expired if the gift card has passed its 30-day claim date.
Tracking Rewards via Email
We will also notify you via email when your Reward is "Not Activated", "Activated" or "Approved". In the event your Reward is "Declined" we will also notify you via email.
Yes, you can have multiple Rewards activated at the same time, provided you meet the requirements outlined in the terms and conditions. However, there are exceptions.
You Can:
- Have active rewards for different retailers at the same time.
- Have multiple active rewards at the same retailer for different qualifying purchases.
You Cannot:
- Activate multiple Rewards for a single purchase.
Please be aware that due to the way Rewards are confirmed, you'll only be eligible for the last Reward window you clicked through for the same retailer.
It's beneficial to let a Reward Activate before using another one.
Please be aware that the last window clicked through will be the window of the reward offer being tracked. If you click through using a discount code after clicking through using a Reward, we will not be able to award your gift.
Due to various retailers’ cancellation & return policies, there will be a 7-90-day period while your reward awaits approval from the retailer after activation. Until these are complete, we cannot award the gift.
Travel-related rewards will only be approved after the departure date of your booked travel.
Users will receive an email once the Reward has been Activated, Approved or Declined.
A Reward will be 'Declined' if the following has happened:
- Your purchase hasn't been completed
- A minimum spend threshold has not been met.
- Your purchase has been cancelled or returned.
- Reward offer terms and conditions have not been met.
If your Reward is declined and you feel this isn't correct, please contact our customer service team for help with proof of purchase.

a. The date & URL of where the Reward offer was clicked
b. The date the purchase was made
c. Receipt of your purchase
d. The current visible status of your Reward
