Can I get free delivery at The Body Shop?
Yes, you can get free Super Saver delivery on orders over £35 at The Body Shop. You can also click & collect to your nearest store for free.
What delivery options are available at The Body Shop?
Super Saver delivery is £3.49 or free on orders over £35 and takes 3-5 working days. You can also get standard delivery for £3.99 which takes 2-3 working days or express delivery for £4.99 which arrives next working day if ordered before 11am.
Can I track my order?
Yes. The Body Shop will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link which you can use to track your order. You can usually track your order via the Royal Mail too or through your account.
What is the returns policy at The Body Shop?
If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase from The Body Shop, they have a 14-day returns policy. That means you’ll have up to 14 days to return your order. Please note that all products must be returned unopened and in their original condition for you to be eligible for a refund. You’ll be able to return your items free of charge at one of their stores.

What is the Love Your Body Club?
At The Body Shop, their loyalty programme is the Love Your Body Club which you can sign up for, to become a part of.
How can I join the Love Your Body Club?
If you’d like to join, you can do so easily online. Simply head over to The Body Shop website, scroll to the bottom of the homepage and hit the ‘Our Loyalty Club’ button. Then click the ‘Sign in / Sign up’ button and follow the onscreen instructions.
Will I get a physical card when I join the Love Your Body Club?
Yes, you will! This means that if you’ve already got a Love Your Body card, you’ll already have an account!
How does the Love Your Body Club work?
Simply sign up to join the Love Your Body Club. You’ll then get 15% off your first purchase, and then you’ll receive 10 points for every £1 you spend. Once you’ve reached 500 points, The Body Shop will automatically reward you with a £5 voucher which you can use however you like.
What perks will I get with the Love Your Body Club?
You’ll be able to earn points every time you make a purchase which you’ll then be able to save and use towards your future purchases. What’s more, as a member, you’ll get access to exciting exclusive offers and promotions to help save money. You’ll also receive a £5 voucher for your birthday, along with access to gifts and prizes, and early access to special offers and limited editions.
Can I get points when I use a refill station?
You sure can! When you join the Love Your Body Club and use a refill station, you’ll be able to earn double points as a thank-you for helping the planet.
What can I do with a reward voucher?
When you receive the reward voucher that you’ve earned with your points, you have two options. 1) You can put your voucher towards your future purchases online or in-store, and enjoy giving yourself an at-home spa day. Or, 2) You can donate your reward voucher to a charity of your choice from The Body Shop’s list of charity partners.
