Can I get free delivery from Green People?
Yes. Standard delivery at Green People is free for all orders over £35. Your order should arrive within 2-4 working days unless it's a busy period.
What are the delivery options available at Green People?
Standard delivery usually costs £3.50 and will be calculated at checkout. It’s also free for orders over £35. Your order will arrive within 2-4 working days. For quicker delivery, Royal Mail Tracked 24-Hour service costs £6.99 or it’s free for orders over £50. You should order by 2 pm for delivery the next working day, in most cases.
Can I return my order?
Green People offers 28-day returns from the date of purchase. Your items should be returned at least 90% full. If you received a free gift with your order, this must also be returned for a refund. Your order should be accompanied by a completed returns form and packaged securely. If you’re ordering from the UK, then you can create a pre-paid returns label via the Royal Mail.

Are Green People vegan?
Currently, not all Green People products are vegan. All of their products are vegetarian-certified and cruelty-free. Green People state most of their products are certified by the Vegan Society. There is a range of vegan skincare and beauty products to choose from. Be sure to check the labels and ingredients list before purchasing.
