What are delivery options available at Salon Direct?

Standard delivery costs £4.95 plus VAT for most of the UK. This may vary for Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, and Offshore Islands. Next working day delivery costs £6.95 plus VAT. Saturday delivery costs £12.50 plus VAT and will be delivered the next available Saturday. You should order by 4 pm on Friday for this delivery option.

What is the Salons Direct returns policy?

Salons Direct offers 14-day returns from the date of receipt. You should post your return within seven days of requesting a return authorisation number. Your order should be returned in perfect condition. This means it should be unused, sealed and in its original packaging. Charges will apply to any items which do not meet these standards. Returns of large or heavy items and collection returns have a 10% charge. Some items that cannot be returned are listed on the Salons Direct website. The customer must pay for the return postage.
