Is It Possible to Use More than One Voucher at Once?
Only one voucher can be used at any given time.
Can I Add a Voucher to an Order That Already Exists?
Nope, vouchers can only be used on new orders by using the links above.
Where’s the Code, I Can’t Find It?
Most of the time, you won’t need a code. When you click on a discount code, the relevant page on the AllSaints site will automatically open in a pop-up window. If a code is required, it will appear in a pop-up window after you click on the voucher; just copy this to the promotional code box during the check-out process.
When Does My Voucher Expire?
The expiry date will depend on the voucher, but most will have one. If you can’t see this, have a look at the voucher’s terms and conditions.
Where Can I Find the Terms and Conditions?
You can click on ‘terms and conditions’ on the voucher code and these will then be displayed.

What If I Need to Return an Item?
To return an order, you have 28 days. If you send it to the AllSaints distribution centre within 14 days of receiving, you can receive a full refund. Items received outside the 28-day return period, or without tags, will be returned to you. Take a look here for the returns address and more information about returns.
Is It Possible to Track My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll be emailed a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
Do I Need an AllSaints Account to Place an Order?
You don’t have to have an AllSaints account. If you place your order as a guest, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with the tracking number enclosed to your specified email address.
