Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is only available at hotels within Great Britain.
2. Please note that VAT is charged at the prevailing rate.
3. The 10% discount is based on each hotel's Flexible Rate (bed and breakfast and dinner, bed and breakfast rates) based on two people sharing a standard twin or double room.
4. 'Flexible Rate' is the name of a rate plan which may fluctuate depending on the time of the year. The 10% discount will always be applied no matter how the 'Flexible Rate' fluctuates. Hotels review and may change their Flexible Rates on a daily basis.
5. Full payment must be made with your American Express Card when making your reservation. Prepayment is charged to the card the booking was made with between the time of booking and stay. Confirmation of the booking will be sent and once made; bookings cannot be amended or refunded. Cancelled bookings will not be refunded, exchanged or transferred.
6. All extra expenses (room service, bar bills, newspapers, other meals etc) must be paid in full prior to departure.
7. Discounted rates are subject to availability and must be booked and taken between 1st January and 18th December 2012.
8. Rates are based on two people sharing a standard twin or double room for one night and are subject to availability.
9. Different rates / discounts will apply dependent on the board or room basis you choose as quoted by your reservations agent at the time of booking.
10. Availability may be limited and may require a mid week or weekend stay and may be restricted during key holiday periods.
