Can I get free delivery at Monki?
Yes, Monki currently offers free Standard shipping on orders over £35.00. A £3.90 delivery charge will be applied to orders under this amount.
What other delivery options are available at Monki?
Alongside Standard delivery, customers can select Standard Pickup Location/Locker for £2.90 or Express Home delivery for £4.90.
What is the Monki returns policy?
You’ll have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Monki order should you not be entirely satisfied with it. You can either return your order in-store or via mail. To start the returns process, you’ll first need to access their online returns portal.
