Otty delivery should take 3 - 7 working days to arrive, or up to 14 working days outside the UK mainland. You’ll be emailed by Otty’s chosen courier ahead of your delivery to organise an exact delivery date.
Can Otty deliver to a room of my choice?
Yes, every Otty delivery option lets you choose a room for their team to deliver your mattress to. You can also request an unpacking service as part of the delivery if you'd like to pay a little extra to do less work.
How much does Otty delivery cost?
Standard delivery to a room of your choice costs £10. You can also opt for delivery with unpacking & package removal for £20, delivery with old mattress collection for £40, or delivery with unpacking, package removal and old mattress collection for £50.
Can I get free Otty delivery?
Yes, Otty can delivery your mattress to your front door for free. If you're okay to move the mattress in and unpackage it yourself, this will save you a little extra on delivery fees.
How do Otty returns work?
Most Otty products have a 100 night trial and 10 year guarantee. If you are returning your items within your guarantee, you'll need to get in touch with their returns team, who will advise you what to do before you can return your item.

The Otty Sleep Trial lets you test your products and return them up to a set number of days after your purchase if you're unhappy. For mattresses, this is 100 nights, whilst bed frames, pillows, mattress toppers, duvets and other bedding can be returned up to 14 nights after purchase. You don't have to keep the packaging on, and if you do want to send anything back, you can do so by emailing their team.
