Does Mattress Next Day offer free delivery?
Yes! Mattress Next Day offers free delivery to the majority of UK mainland postcodes. To see if you can get free delivery you can check your postcode using the Mattress Next Day free delivery checker.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery to most postcodes will take 1-3 days. Mattress Next Day will provide you with a 2hr delivery time slot the night before and will ring you when on their way.
Can I get room of choice delivery?
Yes! Mattress Next day offers room of choice delivery for a small fee.
Will Mattress Next Day take my old mattress?
Yes! Mattress Next Day can remove your old mattress, however, this does incur a £39 removal and recycling fee.
Does Mattress Next Day deliver on weekends?
Yes! Mattress Next Day delivers on weekends, just make sure the weekend falls within 1-3 days of your purchase date.
Can I return my order?
Mattresses within the 100-day trial can be returned and swapped for a different one. Outside of this returns are possible but need to be arranged via the Mattress Next Day customer service team.
Are returns free?
No, exchanges and refunds are only free if the error is due to Mattress Next Day. Normal returns come at customer cost.
