How to get an M&S Sparks Card
The M&S Sparks Card is not a physical card. You’ll get access to your digital M&S Sparks Card on your M&S app.
Once you’ve registered at M&S, you’ll be able to use your M&S Sparks Card by scanning it at the checkout when you make a purchase in-store and redeeming your personalised offers through the app.

M&S no longer uses a points system with the M&S Sparks Card. Instead, you’ll be able to enjoy exciting personalised offers and promotions to help you save on future purchases. You’ll be able to view all of this in the M&S app.
