Standard delivery is available for £5.95 and will arrive in 1-3 working days. Same-day delivery costs £6.95 and will be with you by 10 pm the same day. Choosing a Drop Point costs £4.95 and takes 1-2 business days.

What is the Stradivarius return policy?
When placing an order at Stradivarius you have up to a month after the date on your confirmation email to make a return. You can either return your order using their Drop off service or by taking it to a Stradivarius store.
Are Stradivarius returns free?
Yes, returning an order to a Stradivarius store is completely free, you’ll just need your receipt. Using the Drop off service to return your order costs £1.95 which will be deducted from your refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once Stradivarius has received your returned items, you should receive your refund within 7-14 days. Items that were returned in-store will be processed instantly so you’ll receive your refund sooner.
