Unfortunately, free delivery is not currently available for TOMS orders placed online.

Standard delivery is available for £5.50 and will usually take between 5-6 working days. This is the only delivery option for the UK. Currently, TOMS UK does not deliver to the Channel Islands.
What is the TOMS UK returns policy?
TOMS UK has a 30-day returns window from the date of purchase. If you would like to return an item, you can do so online via their ‘Start a Return’ page. Items should be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and in a resalable condition. Returns are completely free of charge.

Yes. TOMS shoes do have a warranty in place. This warranty covers your shoes for 12 months. If your shoes become defective due to workmanship or materials, then you can submit a claims form. It’s worth noting this does not cover wear and tear, alterations, repairs, improper fit or unreasonable use.
