What delivery options do I have?

Standard delivery is dispatched within 2 - 5 days and is free with orders over £40. It is not specified how long delivery will take, or much delivery costs for orders worth less than £40. There is also express delivery for £3.99 which takes 2-3 days or next day delivery for £5.99.
