Can I get free delivery?
Yes, standard delivery is free for orders over £150 and will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
What delivery options are available?
Standard delivery costs £4.99 or it’s free for orders over £150. Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Express 2 Day delivery costs £5.50 and will be delivered within 2 days via Evri. Next Day delivery costs £6.50 and will be delivered by Evri the next working day.
What is the Footpatrol Launches App delivery option?
You can arrange for delivery via Footpatrol’s Launches app. It costs £4.99 and your order will be delivered via a Premium Next Day service. This is the standard delivery option via the Launches app. International deliveries can also be made via the app for £6.99.
Can I return my items?
Footpatrol offers a 14 Day Returns Policy from the day after you receive your order. If you change your mind, you should give written notification to Footpatrol via email or Live Chat and retain proof. Your items should be returned in reasonable condition and their original packaging. Any items with a perishable date will not be accepted from returns (this includes skincare kits by Jason Markk). You can make your return ASDA toyou, InPost Lockers, or Eco Evri Returns.

Do Footpatrol do NHS discount?
Yes. NHS workers can get 10% off their orders at Footpatrol via the Blue Light Card scheme. There’s also a Defense discount for military personal and Health service discount too. Log in to your account from the relevant discount scheme to verify your work status and access your code.

What if my discount code doesn't work?
