When your order is over £60, it is eligible for free Standard delivery.
Does Rocket Dog offer a Next Day delivery option?
Yes, their Next Day delivery option is available for £5.99 if your order is placed before 3 pm.
What other delivery options does Rocket Dog offer?
Rocket Dog only offers Standard and Next Day. Their Standard delivery option is £3.99 and your order will arrive within 1 - 3 working days.
Can I return my items?
If you would like to return your Rocket Dog order, you have up to 30 days of receiving your order to do so. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags and labels must be attached.
Are returns free?
Sadly no, Rocket Dog doesn’t refund the cost of shipping.

What if my discount code doesn't work?

We also make money by offering the brands we work with the chance to buy some extra space on our website, in turn giving more exposure to their biggest and best discounts. And that’s it! By using this model, we’re able to do what we do without charging our customers a penny.
