Can I get free delivery at DC Shoes?
Yes! If your order is over £55, you will receive free shipping. Members of DC Crew can also get free delivery on orders with no minimum spend.
What delivery options does DC Shoes offer?
DC Shoes offers a Standard shipping option for £3.95 to deliver orders between 2-5 working days.
Does DC Shoes offer Next Day delivery?
Unfortunately, DC Shoes doesn’t offer a Next Day delivery option.
Can I return my items?
If you would like to return your DC order, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging and with any tags attached.
Are returns free?
Returns are free for DC Crew members, which you can join for free.
