Can I get free delivery at Bershka?
No, Bershka do not currently offer a free shipping service. They do, however, provide a free Pick-Up In Store option, and once purchased, orders will be ready to collect within 1-3 working days.
What are the Bershka delivery options?
Bershka offer Standard delivery for £3.95 and Drop Point delivery for £2.95. They also have an Express delivery option for £4.95, and a Same Day Delivery In London option for £6.95.
What is the Bershka returns policy?
If you’re not happy with your Bershka products, you can return them within 30 days of receiving the order confirmation. There are currently three ways you can return your Bershka purchase - in-store, at a Drop Off point or via Home Collection. Please note that Drop Off returns come with a £1.95 fee, and Home Collection comes with a £6.95 fee.
