Do Boots do Click & Collect?
Yes, Boots does offer Click & Collect. You can order to collect in-store the next day when you place your order by 8pm. This is subject to availability and promotional periods so be sure to double-check the available delivery date at checkout.
Click & Collect costs £1.50 or it’s free when you spend £15 or more online in a single transaction. However, Click & Collect is also free when you place your order in-store with the help of a member of staff.
You will receive a text message or email when your order is ready to collect. Simply pop into your chosen store with your order number and photo I.D. Speak to a member of staff and they can help you collect your order.
Someone else can collect your order on your behalf. However, Boots recommend phoning the store ahead of time to let them know this is the case. Your friend or family member will also need a photo I.D. and your order number.
It’s worth knowing Boots also deliver to airport stores. This means you can order the products you love and take them on holiday with you. You should place your order up to 3 days before you travel for this option. Some products may not be allowed through airport security, so Boots recommend checking the airport’s restrictions before you order.
Can I track my Boots order?
Yes, you can track your order through the Boots website. Simply click on the Virtual Assistant in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Ask the virtual assistant ‘where is my order?’ and type in your order number. You will then receive an update on your order.
Can I cancel or amend my Boots order?
