Our 100 night trial gives you the opportunity to test the mattress at home after purchase for 100 nights, starting on the day of delivery. At any time you can contact us to arrange a collection and refund if you are not entirely happy with the mattress. Your refund will be processed once the mattress is collected by our courier partner. Collections are free of charge for customers within the UK, and for customers outside the UK it is your responsibility to arrange the return at your own cost. It is your duty to be available to package and pass the mattress back to our collections company. We reserve the right to refuse the 100 night trial to anyone associated with a mattress manufacturer/brand.
