If you’ve cancelled your stay with a credit or debit card, the amount will be refunded onto the payment card within 24 hours. From here, it can take several working days for the money to clear into your account. Please be aware that some bookings are non-refundable, meaning you won’t receive any money for a cancelled holiday. Always check the cancellation policy for your holiday before booking.
Do Hotels.com rewards expire?
Unfortunately, they do. If stamps or rewards aren’t used within 12 months they will vanish from your account.
