Do children stay free at The Cumberland?
Yes, children under the age of 12 can currently stay for free at The Cumberland. All children under the age of 5 can also dine for free, whilst one child aged between 6 and 12 can dine for free when accompanied by a full-paying adult.
Is there parking at The Cumberland?
No, there is no parking onsite at The Cumberland. There are other parking options available, however, with car parks situated close by in Marble Arch.
Can I cancel my booking at The Cumberland?
Yes, cancellation of your booking is possible, but the policy depends on your booking type. If you've made a ‘Flexible Rate’ booking, then you’ll be able to cancel your reservation up to 2 pm one day before your arrival and receive a refund. If you've made an ‘Advance Saver’ or ‘Pre-pay and Save’ reservation, then you won’t be eligible for a refund.

Currently, check-in at The Cumberland is 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. It is possible to request early check-in and late check-out, but this may come with an additional charge.
