Will I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

Refunds at The Clermont are possible. If you’ve paid for a room fully in advance, you’ll be refunded should you cancel prior to seven days before your arrival. If you’ve just paid a deposit, cancellation must be made three weeks prior to arrival to receive a refund.

How do I cancel my reservation?

To cancel your reservation, you can either call your selected hotel, or you can head online, log into your account and follow the on-screen instructions.

What time can I check in and check out at The Clermont?

If you have booked directly, you are able to check in at any time (otherwise the standard check-in time is 3 pm). Check-out time is 11 am, although it may be possible to extend this.

Is there car parking at The Clermont?

No. Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking at either of their hotels. There are car parks nearby, however, and further information on these can be found on The Clermont website.

Is it possible to arrange an airport transfer to and from the hotel?

Yes, it is. To organise this, you’ll need to send an email to the hotel where you are planning to stay. Their email addresses are charingcross@theclermont.co.uk or victoria@theclermont.co.uk.
