Can I get free delivery at Mappin & Webb?
Yes, all orders at Mappin & Webb are eligible for free express delivery (available 7 days a week). If you order before 9 pm, your order will be delivered the very next day.
Can I get a refund?
You can cancel your order for any given reason within 14 days of delivery. If your product is unused and in its original packaging, Mappin & Webb will offer a full refund where applicable or offer an item exchange. If your item is faulty, you can refund your order within 30 days of purchase.
Can I choose Click and Collect at Mappin & Webb?
You can choose to Click and Collect your Mappin & Webb order from your nearest Watches of Switzerland Group showroom. Once you’ve selected Click and Collect at the checkout, Mappin and Webb will notify you when your order is ready for collection from your chosen showroom via email. To collect your order, you must bring a copy of your order acknowledgement email, the original payment card used to purchase the order, and photo ID such as a current passport, driving licence or a UK National ID card.

What if my discount code doesn't work?
