Can I get free delivery at Party Pieces?
Yes, Party Pieces offers free standard delivery on all orders over £30 and takes 3-5 days. For orders under this amount delivery is £3.95.
What are the delivery options available at Party Pieces?
Standard delivery costs £3.95 and takes 3-5 days. Deliveries will not be made on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Express delivery costs £6.95 and will be delivered within 2-3 working days if you order before 4 pm, Monday - Friday. Next-Day delivery costs £8.95 and will be delivered the next day if you order by 4 pm. For personalised orders, you should order by 2 pm for next-day delivery.
Can I return my order?
Party Pieces offers a 14 Day Return policy if you’re not completely happy with your order. Your order should be returned to the above address listed in the About section. Items should be in a resaleable condition. Returns on personalised products will not be accepted unless faulty. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for postage. So, we’d recommend retaining proof of postage.

Can I get student discount at Party Pieces?
No, there is no student discount available at Party Pieces available at this time.
Can I get an NHS discount at Party Pieces?
Sadly no, there are no specific discounts for NHS staff at the moment.

Do Party Pieces foil balloons arrive with helium inside?
No. If you’ve ordered foil balloons, they do not arrive with helium already inside. You will need to fill the balloons with helium yourself. However, Party Pieces stocks helium canisters too, which you can add to your order. Helium balloons typically last 7 - 9 hours once filled from these helium canisters.
Can I personalise a cake from Party Pieces?
Yes. You can add your own message or photo to your cake. Simply choose one of the designs on the website and personalise it before adding it to your basket. You can also choose between vanilla or chocolate flavours and large or small sizing.
