What delivery options are available?
Redbubble offer standard and express delivery options. Because of Redbubble’s manufacturing process, delivery times may vary but your order should be with you within a week.
How much does delivery cost?
The cost of shipping varies from seller to seller, meaning that it's hard to say how much shipping tends to be. The cost of delivery will depend of whether you select standard or express delivery, the country that it will be shipped from, the packaging used and the total cost of your purchase. The estimated delivery cost will appear after you have added items to your bag and selected 'Pay Now'.
Will all my items arrive together?
Redbubble uses different printing facilities for different types of products so unfortunately if you order multiple items they may not arrive at one time.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it’s dispatched. Just contact Redbubble and they’ll contact the 3rd party printer to cancel your order and send you a voucher for the full value of the cancelled order which you can then use to place a new order.
Does Redbubble accept returns?
Yes, you can return your purchase if you’re unhappy with it. You’ll need to provide a picture of the affected item and make sure that your request qualifies with Redbubble’s returns and exchange policy. Make sure that you have your order number and email address to handy before filling out a returns request on their website.
Does Redbubble accept exchanges?
You can exchange your item if the wrong garment style, colour or size was ordered, as well as if the wrong case or skin style was ordered. Just make sure you have your email address and order number to hand before processing your exchange using the ‘Submit an Exchange’ button on their website.
Why does my item smell strange?
Some of Redbubble clothing products are treated with vinegar as a byproduct of the printing process, so son't be alarmed if your t-shirt smells of vinegar! Simply give it a wash and the smell should clear up.
