No, TouchNote postcards are sent without an envelope. They’ll have your chosen photo on the front, and your message and recipient address on the back. Greeting cards, however, will be sent in an envelope.

Personalised items from TouchNote cannot be returned if you change your mind. However, if the product you have received is damaged or not as described, then you are able to request a refund within three working days. It may also be possible for TouchNote to send you a replacement card free of charge. For all non-personalised items, you’ll have 14 days to return them.
