Does Thortful offer free delivery?
No, Thortful does not currently offer free delivery on orders. They provide a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service for £3.99 or a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service for £2.49. Gifts purchased online can also be sent via DPD, and this comes with a £5.99 fee.
What is the Thortful returns policy?
If you’re not happy with the quality of your Thortful order, you’ll have 30 days to send it back. If your item has arrived incorrectly or damaged, they’ll offer to replace it for free.

How many cards come in a Thortful Card Pack?
Thortful card packs come with 8 cards (and in each, you’ll find four different designs). They’ll also come with 8 envelopes. For every pack bought, Thortful will donate £1.00 to charity.
Am I able to cancel my Thortful order?
Yes, you can cancel your Thortful order. To do so, you’ll need to contact their customer service team by emailing talktous@thortful.com or by calling 020 8050 1462. Please note, that any orders that have entered the printing stage or have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Can I send a card without a message inside?
Yes, you can. When you’ve found the card you’d like to buy, edit the message and delete any text that is there before adding it to your basket.

What if my discount code doesn't work?
As a collaborative team, we do our best to ensure that incorrect or outdated discount codes and offers aren’t listed on any of our retailer pages. To do this, we test the codes ourselves to make sure that they work and aim to give as much guidance as possible with regard to how they are supposed to be used.

How we make money
Using our discount codes is totally free, although we understand that this may seem too good to be true. Like all businesses, we need to make money, and we do this via commission-based relationships with brands and retailers - we earn a small percentage from the retailer every time someone uses a code on our website or clicks through to a sale.
We also make money by offering the brands we work with the chance to buy some extra space on our website, in turn giving more exposure to their biggest and best discounts. And that’s it! By using this model, we’re able to do what we do without charging our customers a penny.
