What is the Vision Express returns policy?

Vision Express has a 100-day returns policy on sunglasses, glasses and contact lenses. You can return online orders using a pre-paid returns label. Your order should be in its original packaging and accompanied by your order number. Glasses and sunglasses should be returned as new and unmarked. They should have any tags attached and be returned with their case. Contact lenses should be unused and unopened.
