Can I transfer my booking to someone else?

Yes, if you wish to transfer your booking to someone else, you must contact Just Go Holidays at least seven days before your departure date. There will be an administration fee of £25.00.

My holiday has been cancelled, will I get a refund?

If Just Go Holidays has cancelled your holiday for any reason, they will try and help you find an alternative. If they cannot find you a suitable replacement, you will receive a full refund within 14 days.

Where are Just Go Holidays pickup points?
