Yes, Red Funnel allows dogs to travel on their ferries completely for free. They have designated areas on board for dogs to make it as comfortable as possible for your four-legged friend.
Can I change my booking?
Yes, to change your booking (if you are a Red Funnel account holder), simply navigate to your customer portal and select the booking you wish to change. If you used the guest checkout, you will have to complete a form and send it to the Contact Centre team. Amendments may be subject to amendment fees.
How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking at Red Funnel, please get in touch with the customer service team or complete a cancellation form found on the website. Please note, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the original fare for Saver Ticket bookings.
