Where can I see the details of my booking?
You can see all of the details of your booking in the ‘My Bookings' section of the On the Beach website or app.
Can I pay a deposit for my On the Beach holiday?
Yes! You can put down deposits as low as £30.00 per person to secure your holiday. This is available on holidays with departure dates more than 45 days away, and there are a number of flexible payment options available when it comes to settling the full amount too.
Can I get a copy of my booking documents?
Yes, you can. On the Beach will send you a confirmation email once your booking has been confirmed. You can also find them in the ‘My Bookings’ section of the website or app.
Amendments And Cancellations FAQs
Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes, you can. You can request a change to your booking through the ‘My Bookings’ section of the On the Beach website or app. You’ll receive a quote online or from a member of their amendments team for any changes that you wish to make.
Can I add an extra passenger to my booking?
Yes. Similarly to the answer outlined above, you’ll need to request this via the ‘Manage My Booking’ section online. From here, you’ll need to click ‘Add Passengers’ and a member of the amendments team will get in touch with a quote. You will then have 48 hours to accept or decline the quote in order to complete the amendment process.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can, although On the Beach cannot guarantee that they’ll be able to recover your money for you (as they book on your behalf with the airline and hotel). Cancellation requests can be made through the ‘My Bookings’ section of the On the Beach website or app. Please note, that you may incur fees.
