The survey, which asked 2000 participants about their spending habits when it comes to decking the halls, noted that the age range that will be spending the most is 18 to 24, with each person splashing £194.60.
With the continuing cost of living crisis, 61% of those surveyed said it will affect how much they will spend on decorations this year, with 47% saying they will be decorating an artificial tree and reusing old decorations.
*These findings are from a study released by Sago between November 2nd-4th, 2024, among a random selection of 2,110 of GB adults aged 18+ who are online panellists of Sago’s Community.
