What delivery options are available?

All orders over £50 are eligible for free standard delivery. Orders under £50 will be subject to a £3.99 standard delivery fee. Swan also offers next-day delivery for £4.99. Orders must be placed before 2 pm to be delivered the next business day.

Can I return my order?

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving your item/s. You can return your item if it was delivered damaged, if it becomes faulty or if you just changed your mind. If you return your order because you no longer wish to own the item, your order must be new, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are free of charge.

Yes, once you return your order, the team at Swan will inspect the item and if it passes the inspection you will be issued a refund which will be processed within 10 days. If your order is deemed unsaleable at its original value, Swan will adjust the refund accordingly.
