How much does LG delivery cost?
All orders from LG’s website are eligible for free delivery to the UK. So you only have to spend on what really matters, your new electronics!
Does LG offer an installation service?
Yes, they do. LG offers an installation service on orders of home appliances such as washing machines and refrigerators. LG does not currently offer an installation service for the LG Styler. If you opt for the installation service then this will be subject to a fee of £24 and you can pay a further £42 for LG to remove and dispose of your old one.
Returns and Warranty FAQs
Does LG accept returns?
Yes, they do. LG accepts returns for up to 30 days after delivery. Once a return request has been approved you will then have another 15 calendar days to return the item to LG. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in their original condition with all the original items that came with them. Please note, that any items that arrive damaged must be reported within 5 business days of you receiving them to be eligible for a full refund.
Are returns free?
If you're returning an item to LG that is unwanted, undamaged, and non-defective then refunds on most items are subject to an 8% restocking fee. The only items not subject to this restocking fee are vacuum and laptop products.
Do LG products come with a warranty?
Yes, they do. LG products come with a warranty of a minimum of 12 months. This warranty period does last longer on certain product categories, however, with some products being covered for up to 36 months.
Can I get an extended warranty?
Yes, you can. As well as offering a standard warranty for up to 36 months, you can also choose to purchase an extended warranty.
