Can Pure Electric repair my scooter?
Pure Electric has partnered with multiple trusted third-party repair centres across the UK. You can find your nearest repair centre by using the store locator found on the Pure Electric website.
Will I get a refund?
You have 30 days to return your order for any given reason. Your order must be in its original packaging and in pristine condition. Orders must also be packaged properly so it doesn’t get damaged in transit, Pure Electric offer a video on their site to watch how to pack your scooter. A dedicated team will examine your returned order which can take 5 days, then if it passes inspection, your refund will arrive within another 5 days.

Yes, you can download the app (available for Android and iOS) and easily manage your e-scooter. You can monitor your e-scooter’s performance and battery life, securely lock your e-scooter and adjust your riding mode. Simply connect your e-scooter to the app via Bluetooth.
