How late can I make a booking?

It is possible to book a space on the day, although this cannot be guaranteed due to limited availability. You are best advised to book as soon as possible to ensure you secure your spot.

Can I cancel my booking at APH?

Yes, you can. To do so, you’ll need to have booked a Flex reservation, which will entitle you to a full refund. Please note, that you must inform APH at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time if you wish to cancel.

No, APH do not currently offer refunds for unused parking days. They can, however, provide a letter to help support an insurance claim. To request a letter, you'll need to send an email to customerservices@aph.com.
